The landscape of teaching schools has changed for the 2021/22 academic year with the arrival of 87 new teaching school hubs!
Teaching school hubs, alliances and SCITTs are a massive part of the education landscape, responsible for educating the next generation of teachers as well as helping to up-skill and provide continuous professional development (CPD) to those who have been in the profession for a while.
That's why we want to celebrate our fantastic teaching school customers with a special edition latest live post, showcasing a selection of some of the brilliant websites we've had the pleasure of working on over the last few months.
If your teaching school is looking for a new website, why not get in touch to see how we can help?
Bradford Teaching School Hub
Set up as one of the pilot hubs in February 2020, Bradford TSH was one of our first Teaching School Hub websites to launch, and it looks just as good as it did the day it went live. Their bright colours, clear navigation and course booking functionality are just a few of the things that make them stand out from the crowd.
Watford Partnership for Teacher Training
Watford Partnership for Teacher Training required a new brand identity which would connect and unify all their schools and offer a cohesive approach to their marketing materials as well as providing the basis for the new website design. We loved working with them on their project and were thrilled when they offered to be a case study for our website!
Julian Teaching School Hub
Having developed a strong relationship with Notre Dame High School, we were thrilled to be offered the chance to design and develop their teaching school hub website. We also redesigned their logo and streamlined their communications with our digital newsletter builder and informative course calendar.
Yarrow School Teaching Alliance (YSTA)
It's always exciting to work on a full branding & website project, especially when it's for a customer we've worked with for many years. Our designers created a brand-new logo for YSTA and then used elements of this within the striking new website design which features masked lettering throughout to excellent effect.
The Buckingham Partnership
Initial Teacher Training
The powerful full-screen slideshow and dedicated course selector gives an instant flavour of the organisation whilst their interactive and animated top facts infographic shares details of their fantastic achievements and history.
Cheshire Teaching School Hub
The project for Cheshire Teaching School Hub included a new logo redesign and a beautiful new website with a bespoke course area and an outline map on the homepage showing a visual representation of the areas they cover.
SFET - South Farnham Educational Trust Teaching School Hub
We've enjoyed working with South Farnham Educational Trust for many years, so when they were awarded teaching school hub status, we were delighted to help get their new website up and running! Their uniquely styled navigation menu complements their logo while their homepage video gives a great overview of their offering.
Calderdale and Kirklees Teaching School Hub
This website is a great example of where a teaching school hub has been brought in as part of a Trust. We've used colours and elements of the design from Share MAT and its schools to create a teaching school hub design which complements and identifies as part of the wider trust family.
Consilium Centre for Professional Learning
The Consilium Centre for Professional Learning is another fab example of taking inspiration from the school website designs. It includes a clear link to Consilium Academies, engaging introductory video content from the Chief Executive & Head of Professional Development and course booking functionality.
Leicester and Leicestershire Teaching School Hub
Taking inspiration from their logo, we've created a professional and dynamic looking website for Leicester & Leicestershire Teaching School Hub which has a beautiful and unique split image slideshow complementing their branding. To promote their services they have colourful entry points, animated statistics and our intuitive new course booking system.
BEST Education Services and School Improvement
BEST Educational Services & School Improvement were one of the pioneers of our original course booking functionality and use it to great effect to promote their leadership and CPD courses. Their clean and bright website design mirrors the classic Bedfordshire Schools Trust style, allowing it to be instantly recognisable as part of their organisation.
L.E.A.D Teaching School Hub Lincolnshire
This vibrant, colourful website design makes a striking first impression with its circular slideshow, bold shapes and informative, engaging case studies. The menu slides out horizontally from a burger menu button, giving a fresh new take on an established idea and the delegates are able to use course booking functionality to secure their places.
Saffron Teaching School Hub
Having worked with Saffron Academy Trust and their schools we were delighted to help out with the teaching school hub website when they were awarded pilot TSH status in 2020. The hexagonal elements of their logo are repeated throughout the design on links and buttons with a slide-out full screen menu providing easy access to their content and navigation.
Leicestershire & Rutland Teaching School Hub
The powerful motto in a handwritten font is the first thing you see when landing on the new Leicestershire & Rutland Teaching School Hub website! Delegates can easily access course bookings from the homepage as well as view the latest news and partners. The 'what we offer' menu gives an additional flavour of the content with user-friendly drop-down tooltips.
HISP Teaching School Hub
Ever since their interim essential went live, we've been looking forward to launching their bespoke design. Featuring a visually impactful map hero image, colourful signposting links and interactive circle motifs the HISP teaching school hub website definitely stands out from the crowd.
Rainbow Teaching School Hub
Taking inspiration from their new name, logo and branding, this teaching school hub website uses a wide spectrum of vibrant colours to build their identity and create an engaging, memorable online presence. The homepage includes clear quick links to key areas, a custom location map, course booking functionality, partner logos and a social media feed.
Interim Teaching School Websites
Our essential website range is flexible, versatile and has a wide range of feature-rich rows to choose from. All of our customers who have an essential design benefit from the same content management system and level of support as our bespoke website designs.
In this particular instance, our Essential website offering has been the perfect interim solution for our Teaching School Hub customers who needed a website presence by the 1st September but who wanted or needed to spend more time on their bespoke design. Having an interim website has allowed them to boost their SEO, register their domain names and generate interest, traffic and enquiries whilst we work on their unique designs in the background.
Keep watching this space as their fully bespoke websites will go live very soon!
